The Clergy Coach

Helping clergy lead with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Bridging Pastoral Heart with Executive Excellence

With over 25 years of active ministry leadership spanning both Northern Ireland and the United States, I understand the profound joys and complex systemic pressures of leading a faith community.

Having served in diverse roles since 1998—with degrees in theology, mission, and church leadership, alongside ordinations in both the Irish Methodist Church and the United Methodist Church—I know firsthand what it means to navigate cultural shifts, organizational change, and ecclesiastical transitions.

Rigorous Standards. Confidential Partnership.
A great ministry leader deserves more than casual advice or peer mentorship. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I bring evidence-based standards, deep active listening, and high-level strategic frameworks to our sessions.

Together, we cut through the daily operational noise to stress-test your ideas, clarify your objectives, and build actionable plans that deliver tangible progress—all while safeguarding your spiritual well-being and sustaining your calling.
Beyond the Coaching Space

Outside of my practice, I am grounded by time spent with my family and friends, staying active with run/walking, and following rugby and soccer. You will often find me cheering on the Ulster and Ireland rugby squads, or tracking the fortunes of Liverpool FC.
