Why I Believe in PQ Coaching

Earlier this year, I was running on empty—closer to burnout than I was willing to admit. My high commitment to ministry, driven unknowingly by my Pleaser and Hyper-Achiever Saboteurs, left me depleted. My inner Judge was the constant, harsh narrator of my life, stealing my joy. My life had become defined by one word: Exhausting.

My breakthrough came through the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program.

The PQ system, paired with a renewal of my personal spiritual devotion, gave me a new lease on life. The daily practice (PQ Reps) gave me the immediate peace and mental muscle I desperately needed.
